Fees and charges

We charge a monthly fee on the outstanding portfolio amount in Core Loans, High-yield, and Conservative portfolios.

We charge a monthly fee on the outstanding portfolio amount in Custom Loans portfolios.

We charge a monthly fee on the amount invested in Mintos Smart Cash (money market fund), charged monthly.

We charge a fee for depositing money with a payment card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay after the first €1000.

Our currency exchange is based on mid-market rates by a trusted currency authority and does not include extra markups. The fee depends on the currency pair.

We charge a small fee for manually selling investments in loans on the Secondary Market. Cashing out money from Core Loans portfolios is free.

We charge a fee to investors who haven’t invested or sold investments for 6 consecutive months or more. The fee is calculated and charged on the 1st day of each month.
  • The investor’s uninvested funds are 30% or less of their total account balance.
  • The investor has less than €100 uninvested cash.
  • The investor’s account is limited, locked, or in the process of being closed.

In some cases we may hire lawyers or third parties to recover funds due to investors if it may improve outcomes. In the event of a successful recovery, these external costs might be withheld from repayments. Investors are informed before withholding.
